- By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Services include junk removal, moving assistance, labor services, and commercial cleanouts.
- All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons.
- Pricing is based on volume for junk removal and hourly rates for moving/labor services.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
- Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or difficult access.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
- Bye Bye Junk carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation.
- We are not responsible for items left behind or items not clearly identified for removal.
- Customer is responsible for identifying and protecting valuable items.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, etc.)
- Medical waste or biohazardous materials
- Radioactive materials
- Explosives or ammunition
- Wet paint or stains
- Items containing freon (unless properly certified)
- Anything illegal or stolen
- Items that require special permits or disposal methods
- We provide 2-hour arrival windows for all appointments.
- Same-day service is subject to availability.
- Customers will receive a call 30 minutes before arrival.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Weather or emergency conditions may require rescheduling.
- We reserve the right to reschedule for safety reasons.
- Ensure clear access to items for removal.
- Identify all items to be removed before crew arrival.
- Secure or remove valuable items from the work area.
- Provide accurate information about items and access.
- Be present or designate an authorized representative (18+) during service.
- Notify us of any special circumstances or concerns.

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Shelby County, Tennessee.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
